Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item is received damaged or defective, customer services needs to be notified within 30 days for a full refund. Please e-mail our customer service teams LindaHamiltonCreations@gmail.com or call 303.562.7818 prior to returning any damaged or defective items to receive your "return explanation form".
We know that not every purchase will fit your needs so returns and exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer a no hassle easy exchange return
Please read our returns policy below to proceed with a return or exchange.
* All return/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
* Sale and vintage items are all final sales and cannot be exchanged.
* All items must be returned in their original, unworn, untangled, unchanged condition.
* Original shipping fees are not refundable; return shipping is the responsibility to the customer.
* Items received as a gift are only valid for an in-store credit. I have gift certificates available.
* Refund requests made to an expired credit cards will be issued in the form of a store credit.
* Unfortunately nothing handmade is perfect, PLEASE notify me if you have a broken clasp or defect, if you still have all of the stones, beads or gems I will repair it at no charge unless I determine that it was caused by hard wear or snag. Shipping will be paid by the customer.
a) Please review our Returns/Exchange Policy. Items returned that do NOT meet the requirements will not be accepted.
b) Contact us and we will send you the return form.
c) Carefully pack up the items to protect it from further damage and send it to the address given to you at that time.
We highly recommend using a trackable method. Once we receive your package, your return/repair will be processed in 2-5 business days unless other arrangements need to be made.
You will receive an email when your return is processed. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card/bank statement.
